Rylee came to know Jesus during her junior year of high school. Coming from a non-religious background, she had little exposure to the Church or faith. During high school, she began a profound search for meaning, yearning for genuine hope and true freedom. One afternoon after track practice, she and some friends decided to attend an FCA meeting. There God met her in such a personal way that her life was transformed forever. She found a community of friends that were so differnt, leading her to start attending a Sunday night community group, then Wednesday night church services, and eventually becoming a leader in her student ministry.

After high school Rylee attended college for a year and a half before feeling called to join a missions organization. She spent three months in Hawaii learning about discipleship and sharing the gospel, followed by three months in Kenya, spreading the message of Jesus to anyone who would listen. It was during her time in Kenya that she discovered her passion for children's ministry. As part of a youth movement, her team traveled from the city to the deserts of Kenya, sharing the gospel and teaching children about God. After completing this commitment, she returned home to finish her college education.

Rylee felt that God had something for her and she prayed for faith to follow His lead. After a week of intentional prayer and fasting, an opportunity arose to join what God is doing in Denver. Though the calling felt daunting, she trusted that God would equip her for the task. With a deep sense of peace, Rylee decided to join the CBC Denver church plant, filled with expectancy for all that the Lord is doing in such a special place.

Rylee believes that God is calling her to impact entire families through leading kids to build their lives on the solid foundation of Christ. She is passionate about teaching kids what it means to be a light in the world and empowering them to be bold in their faith.
